Fast, but lots of spiders so freaked out a bit. Was off the gas a bit so happy with the pace. Too many mistakes on straightforward terrain.
Although even if I was in top gear I wouldn't have matched Kez who was flying until he got a stick all the way through his foot :/

V gradual hill sprints putting a bit of strength in the legs.
O training wi MFR. Getting tempted to take this training business seriously again.

Slow Yarra loop. Past the bats. Wonder whether you can get rabies off the bats if you look up and get some crap in your eye. Wish I'd had my jabs.

Plenty track fannying.
Sustained 5.5km effort. These sessions are pretty random.
Pace was high, should have wound it in, run 6min/mi and done 2 or 3 sets to get value from it but hey I'll go with the flow for now.
On the edge of being able to properly do these sessions. A week or two more and I'll have some turbo.

Steady. Recovery is good atm. Need to extend these and get back to volume.

So I'm in Melbourne. It's obviously sunny, and I've been promised that there are absolutely NO snakes or spiders in the forest. Maybe I'll do some training.

Did some solo training today which was novel. Feet hurt in the Frees but Wiggle should be delivering some new Lunar bad boys to ease the pain soon. It's been three weeks but ... maybe they're some of the misc. fluoro floating objects in the S Indian Ocean.
