Course: WLP Trail, very wet with mud & puddles, wooden bridges wet & slippery. About 3/4 mile of asphalt.

Both ankles & left achilles got really sore & started to stiffen at about 4 miles.
I don't know if soreness or stiffness came about from asphalt or slippery conditions?
