Got stitches out
The Dr. was impressed with my progress and the range of motion in my ankle. I told him I thought I could run stronger and faster from my experience Sunday. He gave me to go ahead to keep doing my own physical therapy and to use my own judgement on my limits.

Note
Wore my hightop Jala with ankle support and used an ace bandage wrap. My ankle was good with very little pain. No bleeding from sutures
