12x400m at 1-2 seconds faster than 5k pace (76-78). 60 second recovery for first 6, 90 second recovery for the last 6. This workout was supposed to be easy and Coach was making sure we did not run too fast. We did it on the outdoor track, and it was really nice out today. The workout was fun and easy.
