3k at Ithaca College. I am really happy with my run. It was my best 3k and I only ran faster in the 3200 in high school one time. I had a lot of fun in the second half of the race moving up and passing many people. My next meet is in 2 weeks. The B standard for states is 9:14, and after running this race I think I could actually run it next time. 9:14 is about equivalent to my high school 3200 pr, so running that time would show that I am as fast as senior year. I am glad to finally run a good indoor race.

12x400m at 1-2 seconds faster than 5k pace (76-78). 60 second recovery for first 6, 90 second recovery for the last 6. This workout was supposed to be easy and Coach was making sure we did not run too fast. We did it on the outdoor track, and it was really nice out today. The workout was fun and easy.
