My plan was to run 5km with a tempo 4:10min/km. Unfortunately, hard rain ruined this training. I had to stop after only 1km. :-(

Cycling 1:39:09 [3] 24.3 km (4:05 / km)

First part - 8.51km for 30:09min, avg. speed 16.9km/h, max. speed 34.4km/h.
Second part - 7.00km for 41:33 - I was cycling by my friend who ran 7km with a tempo ~5.55min/km.
Third part - 8.76km for 27:27min, avg. speed 19.1km/h, max. speed 32.7km/h.

Very easy training, but I made a mistake - I missed 3rd control, checked 4th and 5th, then realized I am short of one, went back to 3rd, then again to 4th and 5th.

Avg. pace was 6.39min/km, max. pace was 2:54min/km. Actual distance I ran was 1.39km.
