3.8km Fartlek (should have been 4km, but I made a mistake when entering this workout in my FR305) - 100m in 30 seconds + 100m in 22 seconds. Slow intervals actually started to be pretty slow as I reached 3km - they were more like 35 seconds, while fast intervals remained constant - between 22 and 23 seconds.
