30, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 30 with one minute break between each. i did it three times. felt really unfit
also 10mins of warm up and warm down

had netball in pe today which was fun as - played center so lots of running. i hate netball though our shooter was soooo bad. we lost like a hundred nil

touch was so fun tonight but it was like playing in the desert. there was just no grass on the field that we were on. just lots of dust. sucked when i fell over and got mountains of dirt in my pants. i scored one. we lost 9-5 cause they were so fast. they were kinda like little bullets running up the field. it was a good game though cause they were really nice and were joking the whole night so the loss wasnt too bad.

work did a yoga class cause apparently we we have been stressing too much with stocktake and outside of work things (Sundays are all at uni or school) and need to relax a bit. had a guy came in who was like 70 but had muscles to rival body builders. it was really hard work and I didn’t feel like working afterwards

had to work today so I was really tired to be running. I was too busy thinking about everything I needed to do when I got home so I didn’t run too hard and I cut it short cause I was stressing too much. only 4 days left then I don’t have to think about any of it for another 3 weeks :D

shins still pretty sore. the concrete killed them when I had to run on it. still icing and trying to keep off hard surfaces.

pretty happy with my run. only mucked up 3 a little bit but it was nothing major. wrong part of the creek. ended up at 7 so about 200m out. rest was fine. lost 10 minutes with dad cause he was lost and looking for some door that would magically get him out. helped him and tryed to find his control with him. sent him in the direction and told him i would come back on the way to 6. found his control but not him anywhere. a bit bummed about all the lost time. oh well i probably would have walked home if i didnt help him.

had touch tonight and the ref was a loser. he had no idea what game he was playing. we have had him before and he has a grudge against us. we got pulled up for everything. countless penalties for trying to tell him that something happened and we got in trouble for "language" eventually one of the girls asked if we would rather speak in spanish considering english wasnt good enough. we lost 3-4. should have been 5-4 to us except for the ref. grrrrrrr

i was pretty happy with my run. was trying to catch michelle who started before me but then suddenly she was behind me :S then at 2 bridget ran into it behind me which was weird considering she started quite a while before me. more confusion :S but then the rest of the run was pretty good. only mucked up 7 by over running it a little. nothing major. much better then yesterday


really sore peroneus longus. well so i was told it was called. icing and stretching but really painful.

was happy with most of the way. was actually doing well. dodgy route choice to 5 and climbed waaaaay more hill then i needed but it still wasnt too bad. then i stuffed up number 8 because the water on the track was on the wrong place then what was marked. didnt click and spent ages wondering what on earth i had done. finally decided that it technically wasnt my fault then worked out what had happened. was a little annoyed so wasnt thinking straight and ran some laps around looking for 9. a train of about 3 or 4 people caught me but i raced them to the finish cause i was determined for them to not pass me. good run otherwise. just not happy with 2.

totally buggered - we had no half times or breaks or anything and i played on the boys team, against the boys. ridiculously fast game.

took my crazy puppy for a bit of a run. not hard work cause she was pulling on the lead and being naughty so in the end i just let her off her leash in this park thing and she went crazy.

block exams starting tomorrow. with a maths one first up so no time for me to train. instead i have maths formulas running through my head... :(

went for a run. left it a bit late and so it was dark and i was scared of being killed and i was in a crappy move so i didnt run as far as normal. but still ran pretty hard cause when i was running it started raining and i was ages from home (not happy)

decided i should write in this. had touch today in PE and changed between reffing and playing on the winning team. kinda sucks because the guys all want to be heros and not pass it to someone with a 500m gap and instead make me be dummy half which cant do anything anyway. *sigh*

game with my night team. the team we played was actually really good. so it was fun to have a challenge. and they were fast too so it was nice to be running fast and working hard. we won 6-3. down 3-0 at half time. i scored a lovely happy try and the rest of the team got on a roll
