Fitness testing 1:30:00 [4]

had to do fitness testing as a part of our assignment in pe today. was wearing the wrong shoes so i couldnt do anything fantastcally well but i was still pretty happy. we also got ratings for everything. i totally ruled out of all the girls and the majority of the guys. :D

Beep test: level 11.9 - won out of my whole class - beat all the boys by a mile - that was my only aim
rating: excellent
Agility: 44.3 - also won out the the girls - i wish my school didnt suck so much!
rating: excellent
Flexibility: 14.6 - not so flexible but i was still pretty happy
rating: good
Power: 1.98 - no idea how i got so far
rating: excellent
10m sprint: 2.2 - not so good - cant sprint to save myself - even if there were bears chasing me
rating: good

fun testing but totally exhausting cause after the agility, there was plenty of lactic acid in the legs and then straight away we had to start the beep test. so no breaks.

had touch tonight. we won our first game finally. 7-4. mind you this is our first week of being in a grade. it had been all trial games till now and the plan was play crap till we make E grade then we'll start winnning. which we seem to be doing quite well. :D

qld schools champ individual. shocking shocking run. i felt pretty good running but i stuffed around so bad. 2 i was just being stupid and didnt read what control i was going to and so i thought i was in a different water course to what i actually was. 5 i ended up like at the edge of the map and then fought all this green to get to the contol. i spiked 6 but when i got there i looked at the wrong number on my description so then spent another 2 mins looking for a control that was nowhere around. then i just made all these really really stupid mistakes for every other control. lost about 10-15 mins being stupid. shame today was the qld schools champs. i think the selectors looked only on today so i ended up 5 and was selected as first reserve for qld team. lucky for me linnea is going back to sweden and wont go to dubbo. very disappointing run.

schools relay! great run! pretty happy with my time and i felt good. one control i lost a minute on 7 from stuffing around on a dam cause i couldnt see the other side and there were other controls that i went to that i kicked myself for but it wasnt to bad. just silly. and then another one i was a little high on but i caught myself as i ran just past it. fell over on my way to 2 and slid in the mud which was great fun but now i have a really swollen hip and knee so ive been icing them. they should be fine for tomorrow though. our team dnf'd though. first leg had the fastest time of the day and i had to be in the third leg mass start after our second leg walked straight off the map to ask a people in a house she was. ended up 4th, 45secs behind winner.

we had to do circuit training in pe today which was suprisingly hard work condsidering how little muscle i have.

districts today. feel so much worse so just went fast enough to get in top 10 to make regionals. turns out the rest of the districts is slow so i settled for 5th.

im having issues with running. i just cant get any sort of speed up. im not tired, i just cant run anymore. totally exhausted from a very stressful, no sleep weekend. ran pretty close the same as yesterday but went futher out of my way.

totally buggered from all day musical but decided i shouldnt be lazy. ran around calamvale and drewvale and up to compton road then couldnt be brothered running anymore so turned around and had to come all the way back. feeling a little sick.
