Running race 10:00 
shoes: Asics Kayano
Had athletics day today - i dont know what my times are unfortunatly, well maybe its good, i wasnt working massivly hard, probably should have tried more but i was already out for age champ because i was away for the 1500m and high jump. :( Running would probably have been easier on a beach as almost our entire track was sand anyway.
800m - Before the race my calves were tight as. We didnt get any time to stretch or warm up. I won by a fair amount, around 2-300m. When i stopped though my calves were caining. It was like someone was ripping my calf muscles to shreds. Even sitting was unbearable.
100m - Did this pretty slow cause the calves still hurt heaps, ended up second. No idea how i managed that.
200m - Again finished second on a jog. Tried to stretch the muscles in my legs but it was too painful to even do that. Tried to run them out after i ran the 200 but it was just impossible to get them to work properly.
Relay - Came 4th in a year 12 student - teacher relay. My house sucked so we didnt do any good but that was fine cause it was just for sillys.
400m - Too buggered and calves still in lots of pain. Randomly won this by like 50m. I was so uncomfortable running and im sure i looked it too. Finished and had to be helped off the track as id lost all feeling in legs.
I dont think ive pulled anything even though it feels like ive shredded them, i think they were just massivly tight and so when i ran on them they werent working real well for me. Fingers crossed i pull up alright tomorrow. Still unsure as to how my calves got so tight.
