Road Bike 1:50:00 [3]
grouse - way back was a bit painful with ankle
Mountain Running 2:10:00 [3]
BCMCA - untimed - sprained ankle on near top on way down - seemed pretty bad. About a third of the way down heard some yelling from two lost girls without lights and off trail. Escorted back up, then ran/hobbled back down.

Seymour... felt faster than it was. First run of the day.
Road Bike 6:00:00 [3]150 km (2:24 / km)
Sweet 8 hr day. What was I thinking yesterday... never leave the North Shore! Lions - Deep Cove - Seymour 1 (see above) - Hoseshoe - break - Wycliff - Eagle Ridge (bridge is passable via bike) - Deep Cove - Seymour 2 (see below) - 2nd Narrows - Home. Good pace all day. Wobbly up Seymour the second time - running out of energy. Last banana made return pretty strong. Quads a bit tired. Fantastic day - warm- clear - beautiful sunset.
Road Bike 1:01:32 [4]12.5 km (4:55 / km)
Seymour 2. I thought this would be much slower than it was. Felt pretty good. Mostly out of the saddle.

Saturday Sep 8

Road Bike 5:00:00 [3]125 km (2:24 / km)
Thinking of Langley/Fort Langley loop. Ended up through Surrey to White Rock... Surrey is a total hole... reminded me of Scarborough. Big Box store nonsense, traffic.. blah. The Delta before White Rock was cool. The part of White Rock I saw was v cool too.
C • hole 2

Wednesday Sep 5

Run with TN. Super relaxed for first three quarters... turned tempo for last 20 min. Pleasantly surprised that legs didn't fatigue during tempo - stride relaxed - even during sprint - considering first tempo run in months. Enjoyable run.
