Somewhat painful but managable
Stairs 2:00:00 [3]
BCMC - not super fast - not timed. Pain in ribs, ankle, right knee. Slow on way down.
Bear attack an hour earlier. Came across 6 police with gun.

Friday Aug 3

Mountain Bike 5:00 [3]
Tried to roll on the Mnt BIke... got only two blocks. Way too much pain in the upper back and shoulders.

Thursday Aug 2

Road Bike 2:10:00 [3]70 km (1:51 / km)
CRASH
Riding with Andrew and Dave at 6:30. Plans to ride all day.
Dave broke his chain while we were sprinting for a bridge in Richmond. He went down instantly but also diagonally. My front wheel and fork sheered clean off the bike before I even hit the ground. Took a shot in the ribs, some patches of road rash and a sore ankle - nothing broken and meds manage the pain. Dave ended up with a broken collar bone, fractured rib and a shoulder blade broken in several places. I got off lucky.

Wednesday Aug 1
