Road Bike 30:00 [2]
Too sleep deprived to race in the morning. Too bad - last of the SS.

Planned on NS but got turned around by deluge of hail
Running 1:30:00 [3]
GC perim. Did not feel great.

Thursday Mar 27

Running 30:00 [3]

Monday Mar 24

Running 2:00:00 [3]
Long run with O group in Lynn Valley. Super nice trail - one of the nicest. Moderate. Stomach turned on return route.
Road Bike 3:00:00 [2]
Tried for a big group road ride to Whytecliff. Six showed - most peeps working today. Easy pace peppered with hill intervals
Stomach was still off for the first half then improved. Legs are super tired.

Sunday Mar 23

Road Bike 1:30:00 [4]
Almost no one showed - 12 guys in As.
First couple laps were tame - followed a few moves.
One Masi attacked on the hill - I chased - probably stupid - be we had 4 and a reasonable gap - lack of enthusiasm from my colleagues and a hard charging Symm put a quick end to our fun. Next lap - just to prove I'm a slow learner I attacked again and was chased down. Couple EV guys got away and then their team mates shut everything down and blocked... pretty silly with a dozen guys. I could see RT getting antsy - so I got ready and followed his attack. It shattered the group... but killed me to... and just like that it was over.

Afterwards I noticed my new frame doesn't have a drain hole. It was sloshing with water. A really interesting feature for a Van bike and a west coast b company. Maybe next time I'll drill a hole, bring a straw and ditch the water bottles.
Paddling 25:00 [3]
cold/windy/wavy - kept it short
