Running 1:00:00 [3]

Tuesday Apr 15

Running 20:00 [2]
Slow warm down with T after his intervals.

Monday Apr 14

Running 1:15:00 [4] 17 km (4:25 / km)
Run in St Pk with monster-T and the other Scandinavian Sensation - Henrik. The boys took it pretty easy on me for the first half. Felt comfortable in my stride for the first time this year. Eventually the legs stiffened and just managed to hang off the back until before the bridge. They slowed up a couple of times which made for good intervals for me. H & T finished strong while I limped in the last km - but quite privileged to join such strong runners.

Sunday Apr 13

Road Bike 3:10:00 [3]
I knew my new bike was a bit less stable, especially after the Atomic race, but I chalked that up to the gravel. Today I experience my first ever speed wobble going 70 down Seymour... and for a few heart stopping moments I thought I wasn't going to pull out of it... wow - scary stuff.

- LG - Seymour - LG
Road Bike hills 52:42 [4]
Seymour. OK time for first run of the season.
