hilly circuit at the gardens same as last week but I did 6 this time. Rather tough as biggest hills in 2nd half. Each was about same speed. no heal probs using padding

ages since ive used the bike so took it out to matangi for easy day. 1 hr loop back on main rd (-: not too many cars at this time and nice and sunny. Kept it in high gear to make it harder but hr still low, cant get as intense as running
