Felt great! onthe bike part.
one minute transition to the run and was reminded how long it had been since I had done splits. Also could feel my legs from the Big Muddy four race.

Run portion right after the bike; 1 minute transition.
First 3/4 mile felt "heavy". By the time I got to mile 3, things felt pretty good. Had to walk a couple of sections as the trail was torn up from construction.
