ankle sprain

the third time at the same place
and for all of this three times, were not hurt in training..

probably because of the "high-speed maneuver" in sandals this morning

when i stood up at the end of the lesson,it started to hurt

damnit,
now i can only walk at snail speed ( which is even slower than turtle speed ) ..

no more jogging for these couple of days

cant even go shopping
