felt a nice rythm thru first lap but legs died a bit to much going up to the hill an thus down the bak i lost more time recovering but then finshed off well. all in all 95% was good prob lost 20-30 seconds down bak straight in head wind

really light jog around block to see how legs felt. little bit sore but not to bad so couple of surges on grass. wish training was like this every day

reps at lake with brady bryan leon ev richard. did 8x500 with 30-45 secs rest at about 3.10 pace.

just throws plus medicine ball an some light jogging. mainly technique training

just sunday morning group run. tony f an myself hit the hills hard an thus dropped the group by about 400 metres. slowed down an finally the group picked up a reasonable pace to finsh. felt good ankle was little bit dodgy tho. av sandown relays next week. maybe vic relays to?
