Because we need it split times and because my physic is really bad I went for green. It was fine. I didn't make my usual big errors, just some bad choices, but i was careful to know where I'm all time. So a little bit slow, but that was OK. No injuries! No rain while running, only wet.

big error on #6, otherwise OK ; just short of breath.

Great attendance of Czech, it was nice to talk not only about orienteering in my language.

Sunday Apr 27

Event: QOC Rosaryville

orienteering race 2:24:00 [3]
Another disaster day ;-). On Red I run directly to #1 and that was silly to go trough deep gully instead of easy going around. Then I got misled on #5 and punch it without checking code or description. After that I got lost (no wonder if I punched wrong control) on#6, did #7 and when I was punching #8 I realized I was already there punched as a #5. OK, my mistake. I wanted to finish but I was looking for #9 too long and after punching #10 I decided to walk to start. On the way home I just punched controls 16,17,19, got into car just to hear my daughter whine for some new blue dress she saw on Nicole. Fortunately she fell soon asleep. Hope next time it will be more dry or at least a little bit warmer. Just little.
