i could feel the running posture for the first 2 km was changed...not so frequent but v.fast...however i could not keep it

2 lane 8 for warming up<--in hurry
3 for warming down

6x 150m dashes and jogging back
dun know how to pull the thigh forward?!

got a good route choice by mistake?!
the time lost is mainly due to getting stuck in areas with poor runnability, not running slow in the path due to tiredness (everybody is tired in the latter part of the course)

a very good practice for the forthcoming competitions in the mainland.
