6km run on tracks at The Pinnacle. Longer than I'm used to, so at three km my muscles started concreteing. I got stitch three times (errr.) and i had to stop to try and work it out. Annoying. Most of it was pretty good, especially the last km on both laps. No food or drink beforehand. The sunrise was very pretty, and it was suprisingly not very cold.
