Tried an interval but felt very sluggish (possibly as a result of the nap i had in the afternnoon) so called it a day.

Run down the canal to Gotts park then around the nice hilly golf course. Was going to do something more intense but when i tried to move faster my body rebelled so got a bit fed up and minced off home. Think i'll have tommorrow off running and write this week off as being waste of time. Was going to do weights tonight but went to watch Die Hard instead.

Very easy run after a looooooong day. Probably used more adrenaline today than at most of the races this year. Someone wolf whistled at me as well. Obviously being very muddy and piss wet through is a good look for me.

Warm up to Meanwood. On roads : ( but think have got a shorter route sussed.

Tempo run. Didnt want to do anything too tiring this week as important exam and essay due on thursday and friday so training will be easier and a bit hap-hazard probably. Need to save my brainpower as havent got much to spare.

Long run around Nicky Nook then my usual terrain loop around the Harrisend horseshoe route which is all proper terrain. ran out of energy towards the end as hadnt eaten enough all day as i was concentrating on trying to finish my uni work so forgot.
