Sunday Mar 9

running 53:00 [2]
A slow faff up the side of the valley then down the canal. Not very far in terms of distance but alot of climb. Found some new footpaths, including a possibly trespassing bit and saw a herd of 5 massive Roe deer that seem to hang out up there.
cycling 15:00 [2]
Hopped on the turbo for a quick leg strengthener.

Saturday Mar 8

Free weights-core stability 30:00 [2]
ooh a whole 3 mins longer, grrrr.
running 32:00 [3]
Still got a runny nose but feel fine physically so think (hope) its ok to train a bit. Not exactly the sharpening up session i had planned for this weekend but its nice just to be outside doing something.

Friday Mar 7

running 27:00 [3]
Steady into Mytholmroyd to buy summat for tea. I pity the fool who had to stand next to me in the queue, my running jacket smells horrible.

Thursday Mar 6

Note
(rest day)
Bugger, my body is a bit worn out. Seems like working in a hospital is not so good for your health, who would have thought it?

Wednesday Mar 5

running 32:00 [3]
Warm up/down.
running 26:00 [5]
5 mins on x 1.30 rec x 4. Parked outside Ogden car park and ran up the old Roman road which eventually leads to the unmapped but complex mineworkings bit just off the O map. Across the road, a loop around the sailing club and reservoir and back across Ogden. Sooo windy it was difficult to keep moving and i was nearly blown into the reservoir in a couple of extra strong gusts.

Tuesday Mar 4

running 35:00 [3]
Quick loop on the moor on the way home. Nae time for owt else. Tired, too much work. Bedtime...

Monday Mar 3

cycling 20:00 [2]
Kinda did intervals whilst watching Richard and Judy, alternating between legs burning and legs on fire, but hr never got particulary high.
Free weights-core stability 31:00 [2]
Inc some single leg bridging.
