running 1:20:00 [2] 11.0 km (7:16 / km) +340m 6:18 / km

Symptoms completely gone, its a strange one for sure. Very gentle run along the Luddenden Valley and over the moor taking in parts of a couple of race routes. Really enjoyed just faffing around and looking at the views.

Note

Blah blah blah, feel rubbish again, sore throat etc, shouldnt have run yesterday but got tricked into as had been going well in previous days. 5 times of rubbish in 8 weeks aint right, thought i was over all this nonsense for last couple of weeks.

running 28:00 [3] 6.0 km (4:40 / km) +20m 4:35 / km

Nothing crazy, just a canal run. All the snow in the valley is finally melting so running conditions improving. Got harrassed twice by the same dog, i was amused the first time, the second time less so.

running 5:00 [2] 0.5 km (10:00 / km)

Bit of a warm up where i faffed around. They actually play piped in music in the toilets next to the visitor centre, v posh.

orienteering 1:00:00 [4] 7.4 km (8:06 / km) +240m 6:59 / km

A snowy session at Ogden avec Supersaint. Orienteered well, visualising stuff well etc. Lots of snow on the ground made it physically hard work, especially on the moor so i was a girl and chopped off 7, 8, 17, 18, 19 as main priority this week is recovery but having said that the old legs stood up pretty well, quite literally. Really enjoyed it.

running 30:00 [2] 6.0 km (5:00 / km) +70m 4:43 / km

Was getting the train back from Manchester so got off early at Hebden Bridge and ran back through the snow via a few small inclines. Hard work cos me legs are buggered, heavy bag and trainers so nae grip.
