MTB 3:30:00 [3] 25.0 km (8:24 / km)

Super fun mtb/trek with muppets at oldina. Misread where we were to start so bit of stuffing round to start, overshot downhill decent so added in a bit extra hike a bike. Other than that moved ok. Top job on an interesting Rogaine skip....nice to go somewhere unfamiliar. Skip did you altitude ? Might have been in it.

Ulv Yacht club, up the Gawler River, then up to Leven Golf Club Bridge and back down the Leven. Ski just isn't comfortable after an hour ! Still got some work to do, but slowly making some progress.
