Walk 5:00:00 [3] 28.0 km (10:43 / km) +900m 9:14 / km

Very enjoyable grand final morning with Mick, Kent and Pilko. Calf was still very tight, so was a bit tentative, but got better the further we went and ended up feeling pretty good by the end. Beautiful part of the world.

Paddle 55:00 [3] 8.0 km (6:53 / km)

Fun surf out the front in a very nice easterly swell.

Run 55:00 [3] 9.6 mi (5:44 / mi)

Calf still really tight, so just rolled the legs over. Took track out and coaster erred back. Amazing morning. Hopefully the easterly kicks a bit for a few waves this arvo.

Paddle 1:06:00 [3] 10.1 km (6:32 / km)

Fun session out front in building easterly. 10x 500m out and then catching runners on way back in.

Paddle 1:05:00 [3] 9.5 km (6:51 / km)

Tough morn paddle up towards weir, so much water flowing, so 45 mins up and 20 back.

Core/Stretch 35:00 [3]

Evening core set

Road Bike 2:30:00 [3] 68.0 km (2:12 / km) +590m 2:07 / km

Morning ride over to Dev for coffee. Out to Alma, up little Paloona and then through Eugenana, Spreyton to Dev. After coffee straight home via sawdust tracks and up over Forth Hill. Body felt like had been through the ringer after massage yesterday.

Sunday Sep 25, 2016 #

Paddle 1:45:00 [3] 15.0 km (7:00 / km)

Morning paddle on the Leven/Gawler with muppets. Boys moving well. Felt a bit flat, but paddled OK. Desperately in need of a massage, 4 days paddling in a row has stitched the shoulders up.

Note

Massage - Shoulders were ugly and hurt a lot.
