Evening walk around Turners. Keen to get a bit more walking in during next 4/5 weeks.

Solid windtrainer set again, over the weather big time. Body felt like it had been smashed after massage yesterday, but know will feel good by tomorrow...hopefully. Still feeling calf, but not as badly as last week.
