Long run from boat harbour through to just past postman pass and back. First 3 hours were great, but didn't have enough water so last couple of hours hurt a lot. Last hour no water was messy. Saw massive tiger about 15 mins from car in paddocks, scared crap out of me.

Whole body weight set, a set of everything sets of 15. Best back has felt since Chrissie.

Stubbs hill intervals. 1,2,3,2,1 (x2). Most solid interval set in a few years and felt pretty good. Few lazy days has probably helped.
