Dial, 5 peaks. Thought peak nuts run would be a good chance to tick off a run have always wanted to do in dial. Started at tip, monty, Dial,Gnomon, up and down Duncan, through Duncan single track, the Lorimer, river track up keddies and back. Best I have run in a long time so pretty happy to go from couch to to 6 hours in 7 weeks. Focussed on keeping heart rate under 120 and certainly made a difference.

Great surf on disk, very solid easterly....going out on limb and saying biggest easterly swell at turners in long time.

Fun late evening surf on dusk after Erin went to bed. Swell should have nice grunt by tomorrow.

Well, figure moving to school a couple of blocks from splash is a good excuse to try and swim once a week, and whilst struggled I actually quite enjoyed it.

Recovery run round dec sawdust tracks, rock hopped round rivermouth. Legs a bit tight so very cruise.

Recovery walk around turners with Gretzky. Then went and had a float in dev...very relaxing.
