Back from Launi and a quick bolt out to Alma Bridge and back. Legs felt pretty good and starting to feel like a little bit of bike form on the way back.

Super fun rock climbing session at Launi Indoor Climbing Wall with Erin. Forearms were seriously pumped out by the end.

Solid hit out in Kelsey Trails. Need new tyres soonish as slipped badly on the steep stuff as was really wet.
