Joined the Runphoria group in dev for their 20 mins out/ back. Solid hit out, not used to tempo running that is for sure .

Got away from PL early, so snuck a longer paddle in. Ulv Yacht club out to bay past Goat Island and back. Tricky water conditions, so bit of focus required. Need a big couple of weeks in the boat as struggling for paddle strength. Pretty specky paddle regardless.

Yoga, really sore after yesterdays massage, so recovery stretch set.

Home to Riana and back. Back was not good today, so pulled stumps a bit earlier than planned.

Early morning strength set whilst Di was out. Back not feeling great, massage very much needed.

Note

Massage - back was not great, but it was shoulders that put me in the locker. Was close to tears when the elbows went into shoulder area.
