Cruisy paddle along the coast from home towards Dev and back then played in a few runners afterwards. Definitely got some work to do on paddle as felt pretty weak.

Fun little surf on building easterly.

Note

1hr 30 min - Lazy ride with Di and Erin around the beginner track at Derby. Couple of laps of beginner track and then up AxeHead and back down Relics. Di and Erin loved it.....keen to come back !

Derby - Krushkas loop on the left side of valley, really nice track, probably a bit easier going that DamBusters, but good fun. Legs were a bit tired to start, but got better as went along. Didn't see a single person.

Note

1 hr - fun morning on beginner tracks with Di and Erin. Monster tiger snake on big berm on beginner loop was the highlight.

Derby - DamBusters Loop, very solid going but good hitout.

Note

1 hour - Morning out on the beginner tracks with Di and Erin - plenty of stacks, but Erin starting to get used to new bike by the end.

Arrived at Derby after big day in the car and went out for a quick explore on dusk - Oh my goodness the tracks are amazing !

Peng MTB club through to top of Mt Dial and back, then Wils put me under the pump with another lap of the club. Mt Dial descent is a cracker.

Operation hills continues. Big Paloona loop - hills on way out and then into a gale force westerly on the way home, so very slow going. Didn't feel too bad.
