Fun packrafting trip with Erin. Walked about 4/5 k over Dinsdale Hill at Warrawee and then rafted back down the Mersey. Few fun little rapids and few boulder hopping and rockclimbing stops made for great arvo out. Ended up being out nearly 5 hours in the end. Finished with a great little swim.
Had friends drop in as was about to head out, so ended up short on time for run, so did hill intervals and felt flat as a tack in the heat.
Ran 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 2 min 3 min on the front part of stubbs, then Walked 4 x 2.45 on the steep back section.

Massage - got smashed and really felt it when got home.
