Smith and others road nav ride. Felt pretty good and good to get back into nav mode. Tracks there are great when dry ! Got a stick in derailleur at about 3.39, so nursed it home.

First day back, ride home from Reece via Forth with one extra 12 min hill down and up from Lillico.

Paddle up to weir and then another 0.5k past. Nice trip up but turned around and hit smashed by northerly which made for tough last 40 mins. Bit flat today after long day yesterday.
