Peng Tip - Down Keddies - then down to Leven Fiver and back. Solid hitout, struggled a bit as body a bit on the sore side. Wils moved beautifully which is a bit ominous.

Bolted from work early and snuck in a quick Montgomery Loop from MTB Club. Almost felt a bit springish.

Montgomery Loop after work. Felt pretty good. Track starting to dry out and track work at the bottom of descent is goin well.

First paddle in a few months and felt every bit of it. Home to East Ulv Point and back. Got some work to do.
