20min warm up. Planned on doing 5 intervals up a 100m long hill roughly 8% grade at nearly full speed 52T-24T. I did 5 and felt like one more would make me Horf! The little Jeremy in my head was pushing for 2 more. So I did 3 more and was able to hold my lunch. 20min cool down...back to work.
Road Cycling intervals 1:30:00 [3] 20.0 mi (4:30 / mi) +500m4:11 / mi
Took a break from work to get some aggression out. Did 4 100 meter sprint on 8% grade intervals at 80-90% 39T-24T. Climbed 300 meters on 11% grade at 90%. I am realizing I need to work on leg strengh for hill climbing on my new bike. there will be many more days of the lung busting intervals for me in the near future.
