Frederik convinced me into trying to do 1000 m on the new Skibakken stairs. Did 20 repeats with single steps. Kept a good pace on the way down too. Started with 1:23 on the first three but slowed down to 1:30 on rest. Out of battery on the watch so didn't get them all. Got into a good rhythm. Started getting stiff after 16 or so.
