Jættemilen 2019. Been sick for two weeks so I felt well rested, but probably not in great shape. Mass start together with M20. Got in a nice pack of three where we had the same forks. Heart rate a bit high on the first half, but it dropped a bit on the second half as we slowed down.

Was the only one on my forking on a potato fork, by managed to get back first with a 20 sec gap on the other two. Tried to run away, but they slowly caught me with about 2 k left to go. The junior in the group was in decent shape and put in a surge and left us on the dust. Didn't have much power left, but did beat the third guy in our group.

Turned out I won M21, only juniors were ahead. This is definitely the year I've been the worst prepared for this race, but I guess I got lucky with who showed up.
