Orienteering race from Sognsvann. Quite a good race for the first half but then made a pretty decent sized mistake (2 mins) and then quite sloppy at the end.

Warm up from home to the race (5 min jog), then back home to get my Emit-tag, back to race, and warm up to start. Cool down with Tessa and Mathias after the race.
