Cycling 1:00:00 [3] 11.0 mi (5:27 / mi)

Gentle off trail bike ride with mates. I broke my brakes before starting and one of us got a bad flat half way from home!

Orienteering race 33:42 [4] ** 7.0 km (4:49 / km)

Fletcher Moss event.

45 min score but maxed out controls. Some were well hidden and I was dissapointed to have finished in third! I blame using pin punches...

Cycling 50:00 [3]

Down to Fletcher Moss and back. Also control collecting

Cycling 50:00 [3]

Standard uni and back + down and back to Fletcher Moss

Cycling (Orienteering) 30:00 [4] ***

Putting out training controls. MTBO may be a option, it was good fun!

Cycling 40:00 [4]

Pushed it hard to uni and back, then off to circuits and back.

Circuits 1:00:00 [4]

Usual hardcore circuits with XC. Since numbers of people were high it was 50-10rest-30-30jog. Truely crippling after the break between 50 and 30! Managed to beat Mike on shuttle runs, he must have been holding back.

Road Running 23:22 [3] 3.3 mi (7:05 / mi)

Meant to be taken easy, but since the pace was comfortable and it was dark (running through Moss Side at night isnt inspiring or safe...) I settled on the pace.

Havent done a road run in a while, so it was nice to run faster then a normal offraod run

Cycling tempo 50:00 [4]

What happens when you have just 10 minutes to get to a lecture twice in one day, and the distance is over 2 miles each way? A hardcore session.

Pushed it after lectures anyway for fun.
