This was and recovery ride. Except for killer wind. I wheel sucked like a mofo. Stopped in Elora for a coffee.

Saturday Apr 18, 2009 #

Bike 4:00:00 [3] 115.0 km (2:05 / km)

Rode into the wind for 51 km which was brutal. Coming back was great except for the 4 km of gravel rode where went 2km/hr. hence the low ave.

Ahh can you say massive dehydration, this was our run following the bike. It was a sufferfest to say the least

rode the cut with Boyd. A little slower, to save the legs

First ride in the cut, took a while to get the legs rolling then hammered the last 1/2. New shoes and peddles are still a gong show. Came out and everyone had balled expect Guy la pop. We injoyed a pint and headed out. Gotta love MTB'ing

Computrainer hill workout. Late training but got it in. And and figured out my computrainer / Vista issue. Giddy up
