Holy class this up to be the worst ride of the year. I felt horrible! Froze as well oh and flatted in erbsville. Should have stay'd in bed

So thanks to High Velocity for making me do this baby. We ran the bamburg loop. What a gong show. Had a couple dark moments inbetween gels. I was F-d my the end. Felt good. Got some solid turkey scouting done in the evening.

rode up north. Huge tail wind for the most part. Had alot of crazy cross winds. Got to Thornbury and headed back South. By this time the winds were so strong I had to gear down to the small ring to keep moving forward. Called for a pick up in Kimberly. Still managed to grind up the BV hill. Brutal! At some points I'm sure I was going backward. My ass is sore!

I just went to swim for distance tonight. I was doing good until 3 university girls jumped in my lane and froliced. It went downhill from there

Don't let the slow time fool you this work out was a bitch! We ran the Wilmot Line plus did all the hills with hand on the head. Even the whore!
Quads were cramping but the golf course. Killer!!!
