Gurlph Lake Tri - Olympic - Swim= near drowing, Like I never swam before. Massive panic attack right from the start got swam over, under and sideways. So I came out of the water in my normal 2k time. 35 mins. Jumped on the bike and was rattled. Ended up taking it easy, only because i had no power. I swallowed a load of lake water too? Oh and I realized some asshole ripped off my chip so I was dnf anyway. Started the run which I was looking forward too. Put all that run training to use. And I blew shit ball. Hans was even running me down. I had no power. Heart rate was max. Hell do I know?

Club run at bectal 30 warm up then did 4 -5 minuters. My legs were fully rested but I couldn't get them to fire?
