Tough pyramid interval session in the Wharfe valley. 15,30,45,60,45,30,15 sec efforts with equal recovery, then repeated again 10mins later. Good effort up the Chevin made me suffer, but all in all a good end to the week.

After a late finish at work started ride a bit later than hoped for, but got the planned session in as busy over the weekend. Headed over to Hebden Bridge for an effort up to Heptonstall, then another sustained effort up to Widdop Moor. Legs a bit tired after that, but kept a decent pace up back through Lothersdale and Silsden.

Headed out to SOTW in Thorner, good effort up this small hill, then over to Wetherby and Ripon and home. A couple of 20-min efforts which made the torrential downpour more bearable. Made up with Paul Bridgen in Bramham and rode with him back to Wetherby.

Headed down to SVGW for session in the wet, 3 sets of 5x20/40, tough session, but good to do this on traffic-free path. Punctured at the far end, may need to get some new tyres soon as they're looking a bit worn.
