Learning to roll. After 45min of hip snapping I finally was allowed to learn the other parts. All seemed easy after that and managed to roll a few times right at the end of the session. Gutted to have to wait a week now to try again as I feel like Ill forget.

Lunch run with the normal lot. Someone decided to make it a hill interval session with no proper plan and little purpose. Not that impressed.
Just wanted an easy run to test the calf out, luckily it seemed fine.
