| Did the permanent course at spencerville with simon and riki. 1min start intervals then 30sec start intervals and mass start. Good stuff except for the last few when i followed riki, not a good move. |

| Small race with sumner club. 2x up rogers track down rapaki and back to valley carpark. 2nd cimb up rogers really killed me, but was running reasonably strong the whole time. Should have warmed up first cos the hill hit pretty quick. Good fun. |

| Training in Hagley Park in the pouring rain. Freezing cold and couldn't find the two in the ditch, probably cos they weren't there. Legs feeling really stiff afterwards, can't wait for summer again. Cunning plan of running through dark and ominous out of bounds gardens was foiled by large unclimeable gates. What do they keep locked in there at night???? |

| Up rogers to rapaki, up rapaki, down valley track. Nice run, legs feeling a bit tired from saturday still but not bad considering. Started to rain a bit on the way down, and got ambushed by three dogs. |

| Really was a heigths of winter rogaine this year. Frreezing. Was going really well during the day, feeling really strong on the hills, and navigating well with great route choices. Night was different race altogether. Completely lost it after dark, just got so cold and couldn't think anymore and then the weather really started. We were taking so long to do anything and decided to go back. Disapointing no real hot meal at the end! points:1240 |

| Round tekapo mtb race. First half was wicked was flying along and really enjoyed it, even the river crossings, but completely died on the way back down the lake. Couldn't feel my feet at all over the entire race. Awesomeday though, great way to spend a Sunday!! |
