| Up hackthorn then onto the track. The theory was removing my orthotics would stop the blisters rubbing, this proved to be incorrect, so I turned around and ended up running shoeless down the hill. Very hot concrete! Take it easy tomorrow |

| Around the track out at McLeans Island. A new run for me. Got mega bad blisters from my new orthotics, rubbing the skin off my arches. Ohhh the pain. |
