| Run up cpt thomas, around and down to Taylors Mistake. suffered on the horrible track around the cliffs. Knee a bit sore, mostly on the downhill, nothing dramatic though. Could feel my knee doing its drop in thing. Nice night for a run in good company. |

| Went straight over to the hills after my exam. Went up rapaki, found I had puncture right on the top, managed to ride half way down before it was completely flat then walked to sara and aarons, who saved me. Stupid, the one time I forget to take a tube/pump. Not the wonderful evening ride I had planed. |

| Canty long distance champs. A pretty clean run. Went hard through the first three sections so after the last pivot suffered physically and made some stupid mistakes which cost me a few minutes. Was cautious through the whole course determined to have a good run. Stoked to be W21E champ even if it was a very tiny field. dominated simon which is always a positive. Bring on South Islands!! |
