Friday Nov 23

Mountain Biking 2:30:00 [3]
Port hills with Alex. Rapaki, sumner, home. Ice creams in sumner. Another lovely day.

Thursday Nov 22

Run 49:00 [3]
Ran into town to meet Anna for lunch. Nice day.
Pleased that legs felt pretty good after yesterday. I like running somewhere instead of in pointless circles.
Note
Plan B for Sweden next year is well into action. Looks like ill be taking an Au Pair job from March-October in Leksand with a family who seem to have a big role in organising o-ringin next year. Cant wait! just gotta make the JWOC team now, but even if not still a good experiance.
C • sounds wicked!! 2

Wednesday Nov 21

Strength and conditioning 20:00 [2]
Core stuff
Road cycling warm up/down 20:00 [2]
To Tanes and back for a ride to the race. Silly Simon almost made us late
Run race 39:28 [5]
Race at Godley head. Man Im slow. Got some stitch before the hill so the climb wasnt much fun. No fun at all in fact. Managed to pass some people on the downhill, why do they go slow on the way down??? No warm up or warm down really. Silly.

Must do more hill running between now and Waitangi as it appears ive only been once in the last couple of months. Stupid place to live -Avonhead
C • Final sprint 3

Tuesday Nov 20

Run 40:00 [3]
Around race course. Lower calf still mega tight on right leg. Good stretch afterwards.

Monday Nov 19

Road cycling 1:30:00 [3]
Easy spin around back of spencerville and out to brooklands and a little place called stewarts gully.
Note
Did some map exploring on my ride when I spotted some sand dunes off the road. It was around the lagoon north of spencervill. Cool technical maraam dunes and forested unfortunately way to small to use. Looked even better on the other side (seaside) of the lagoon but probably too narrow aswell.

Sunday Nov 18

Orienteering race 1:12:00 [4]4.3 km (16:45 / km)
Again a very bad run on Rotoiti. An awesome area I wish I could go back and have a good run to appreciate it more. On 1 and 14 I got so lost I had to employ the just head in that direction until I find a road/track/river technique. Should have gone slow and taken more care where I left the track at number 1.

Still a great weekend. I love summer.
