Just couldnt find it in me to run hard today was feeling pretty avg and made a few big cock ups. 3rd girl.

Went to Mt cook. Stunner of a day and an absolutely beautiful run up hooker valley to lake. I was sick so it wasnt so much fun for me but enjoyed the scenery anyways.

Training on Acheron. Was running well, good not to be slogging up hills. Love this map. Then drive to Tekapo

Route Choice training on Butlers Bush. The type of training which makes you tough. We got stuck in gorse, matogouri, bush lawyer and greta got chased by cows. But survived and proud of it.

Time Trial. Gutted about my time, 2min slower than last one. I was feeling like shit though, really sick, maybe the virus making a comeback or just lack of sleep?? Still way too slow though

Control picking on bottle lake. Had some awesome flow on and was spikingh all the controls. Really working on getting my exit direction right.

Verbalisation with Sarah on Spencerville, we focused on flow again and spiked everything, great exercise.
