Up Mt Herbert from little river. Some good track along the top. Was feeling very crap and slow on the way up but 920m climb means 920m of sweet descent!! Definately no twilight series for me tonight. Time is a complete estimate

Theres no such thing as not training cos its raining! Knew I was running crap last week 1:25 faster tonight and in shit conditions so Im much happier.

Run along crater rim walkway with swiss orienteer carmen in the evening. Just what my legs needed I think, feeling pretty sweet after a long weeks training yay!
